Can't open/run HB

When i want to log in, i get a message that it can't load HB.
Its excactly the same as this page: Buddy products: Solving Technical Problems - Buddy Wiki ( the first issue and then the second picture.)
however, i followed the instructions and installed .NET 3.5 Service Pack 1. But that didn't changed anything. I got the same errors at the same moments.
I reinstalled it all like 5 times but nothing has changed.
Please help!!

There might be a problem with .NET Framework or C++ Redistributable.
Run this tool as ADMINISTRATOR - Honorbuddy Wizard

Hopefully this fixes the problem.

I downloaded your link, but that doesnt work either. i get the same message as before. also while its loggin in.

I need to add to my post that ive runned it all as administator.

There might be a problem with .NET Framework or C++ Redistributable.

Please follow these instructions exactly.

Uninstall ALL .NET Frameworks
Uninstall ALL C++ Redistributables
Restart your PC
Run this tool as ADMINISTRATOR - Honorbuddy Wizard

Hopefully this fixes the problem.
