Can't open RebornBuddy

Have tried searching the forums with no luck. I updated my program and now it says the following:

This application requires one of the following versions of the Visual C++ Redistributable Package for:
Visual Studio 2015 Update 2 x64, VC++ 14.0

And whenever I say yes to download it says it is no longer available, anyone know how do i get it to work?
