can't open pokefarmer.exe

when i try to open pokefarmer.exe, i have this error

"L'application n'a pas réussi à démarrer correctement (0xc0000906)
Cliquez sur OK pour fermer l'application"

sorry for the french version.

What can i do for this ? pokefarmer.exe works on my desktop when i do the same handling but apparently not on my laptop.
