Cant open Account Manager

Since this morning, when I load AB, I scroll down the menu list and I'm unable to open any of the windows, ie...Account Manager, Plugin manger, Settings etc...I click them and nothing opens. I've never had an issue in the past and dont know what would have caused this. Any help is appreciated.

I should also add, I did delete and re-download AB a few times, and it didn't fix it.

Problem resolved by updating windows 7.
