Cant loot pokestops

I have been useing the bot and the last 2-3 days i have been getting an error saying:

How do i get back to beeing able to grind pokestops?

sounds like a soft ban, just try looting the same stop manually around 40ish times.

Well i can catch pokemons, but the pokestops just keep giving me errors sometimes it works for 5-10 min but then the error comes back.. I just checked my settings for the speed between pokestops ans lowerd it to "brisk Walk" insted of jogg.. hopefully that helps!

you should be stoping it for hours not a couple of minutes. I'm sure that's a softban.

There are many types of softbans. Some affect specific types of pokemon, some affect pokemon catching completely and some affect pokestop looting and some affect more than one thing.
