Cant loot pokestop

Hi cant loot pok stop but I can upgrade / transfer pokemonz

I am trying on 2 acc one works well with another acc, same coordinatee, its like this since 2 am

Looting pokestop 96468c....16 failed. Trying again.

its like this since the last update.

I moved a bit with the mouse and it diidnt change anythg.

I thk it was a softban and a very long one it works now.

I didint try to open pokestop but I could see the map atleast

From 2 am to 5 pm almost I thk I tped after update of my client and got softban but it was rly long..

That's pretty normal softbans are between 12hours to 24hours
