Cant loot item that isnt highlighted from ingame lootfilter?

The bot cant loot items that isnt show ingame, IE hidden due to the ingame lootfilter not showing them.
Is it possible to get the bot to use ALT to loot stuff so i dont have to keep the lootfilter in both the bot and ingame synced?
