Can't loot at pokestop

Hey, I got a problem, when the bot reach a pokestop, he's not able to loot and stay there without moving.

And every pokemon "fled" when I'm trying to catch one.

That means you are soft banned. It lasts a determined length of timed, there are ways to remove it, but I am not sure exactly how it works.
