Can't login?

I recently purchased Honorbuddy Elite 1 Session but I can't login to the client. I'm getting:

Please purchase a Buddy Product!
Authentication failed!

I purchased using the link in this thread: http://www.thebuddyforum.com/payment-issues/31219-buy-honorbuddy.html

Which mean't I didn't buy while logged into any shop account. I made a shop account after and then linked it to my forum account. Is this the problem?

I tried to login to the client using my forum and shop login details but nothing works, and I also tried using the Honorbuddy Key sent in an email as the password (it says to do this) but that doesn't work either.

My PayPal transaction ID is: 3451920787129763X

Can someone please help?

Please check other threads.

Thanks for the help. I managed to get it working by using nothing more than the key in the client username field. The instructions are very vague, which probably explains all the threads about these problems.
