Cant login

Hello HB my issue is that i cant login on my HonorBuddy.

When i write the key in my login this is what happends

Honorbuddy v2.5.6907.549 started.
Logging in...

Max Sessions
Authentication failed!
Logging in...

And i have checked all processes and i cant find any honorbuddy, and this is an issue i've got since 2 hours back so i dont know what to do...
