Can't Login to pay for gatherbuddy

I used the same account/password for the forums and main site to buy Gatherbuddy +30 days and Honorbuddy a month ago. Now Gatherbuddy has stopped working and I'd like to get 30 days more. However, the main site won't let me log in and says my password is wrong. I've tried everything to change it and nothing works. If someone could help me I'd appreciate it

are you using a capital A on your name? sometimes mine requires a capital K on kick
