Cant Login to HB

Hey Guys i changed my password 3 times in a row now because i cant login to my HB it always states that the auth failed but im 10000% sure its my pw i can login with it to the forums any help?

forums info has nothing to do with Hb
you must use the same info as this page

I'm getting the same thing. I saw that there was an update for HB, so I updated, and now when I go to login, it says "authentication failed" every time.
 
Alright, well, unless I've gotten incredibly lucky, I have solved it and I can use my bot now without authentication issues. I think the issue was using the updater that comes with HB's client itself, because that's right when it started happening (after I updated it via the client itself). A friend of mine who uses this bot a lot suggested that I try and grab the version from here (the icon on the main page) rather than using the updater. After doing that and making a new folder to extract HB to, I was able to successfully log in HB and bot once again.

yea sometimes the updater fails, and you'll have to do it manually, most of the time you should be good to go.
 
Scratch that, I'm getting authentication failed again out of the blue whilst botting. Most likely a server-side issue then that will hopefully be cleared up soon.
 
add an exception on your firewall and antivirus about Hb
 
Adding an exception to the firewall fixed it. Either that, or it decided to start working again like last time. I'll keep you updated Tony, thanks!!
