Cant login to HB.. Cannot download a new version either Service Unavailable??

Title states it all. I try to fire up my Honorbuddy. Make sure im running WoW on 32 bit. Make sure its both on admin. And I just get a window saying SEND or DONT SEND error. I came here to try and download it again just in case theres an update and all I get it [h=2]Service Unavailable[/h]

also hb finds update automatically now.
