Cant login RB after this update

I cant login RB after this update,since it said need at least the framework version 4.6.1,i download it still not work.I download the new RB client still not work.

Thank you for reply,but i think i have solved it.Just uninstalled the FrameWork 4.5 then i can login RB

I'm not having any error logs, I hit the log in button and it just reappears, over and over, with nothing else happening
