Cant login please help URGENT!!

Ever since I have been using HB the last 3 weeks I have been having this issue on and off

it was working fine yesterday... and now today THIS again.
im getting really fed up and about to go back to pirox

please help

I KNOW the password is right I checked and tested and reset a few different times
im at a loss....

it says

authenticating
Could not connect to the authentication server. It may be too busy to process your request. Please wait a few minutes and try again.
Authentication failed

If your problem is so huge and annoys you and you need "urgent" help, then you should stay online if you ask in a forum. 7 mins after your Posting the "BOSS" wants to help you, but you are away....?!? LOL?
