Cant login on bot

I cant login on bot..
over a week ago i messaged support and told them about my problem, still no reply..
i pay'd for a lifetime sub. and its been workin like a charm until you started fucking'up the auth.
so since you just ignore my support mail, i have to write here so maybe you will help me out now!?

both work'd fine until i changed the password, now i can only login to forum, not actual bot.
auth problems..try'd the old login to, and after pass-change that one does not work either.

also, might mention that whenever i start bot and click login on the test acc, it works, but if i retype the test username/pass, it wont login to that one either..

and please, dont come telling me to redownload and reinstall, im not a 10 year old noob, been through those most common solutions.

have you tried your old password with the bot? as forums =/= shop

If you have special characters !@$%^&*( in your pw (and maybe CAPitalIZED) it may not work

try resetting the bot PW and set it to abc123 and see if you can log in.

did change that password, but not at a computer were i can download bot,
so have to try tomorrow to login on bot, but idd, i could not login to shop before i reset that pass to, so think this should solve my problem, thanks

Edit: sorry for the bad attitude in the above post, but was out of weed that day .. bad day.. =/
