cant login into hb // invalid account details //

aye hb community !

i m new here and i have a little problem ;P
i cant login into hb, i recieved my key and my key is also active!
wow runs on 32bit und i changed direct x11 to direct x9 and of course i already changed into windowed fullscreen mode.
everytime i tried to log in it didnt work.
im for 100% sure that i used the right username and password.
also i resetted my account details a few times but still the same problem.
does anybody have a solution?

my key is already activated, so i should be able to log in with my username+ password , or not?
