Can't login!!! help needed!

Hey, I've had this issue for about 1 week now.. and i still can't login!

here's the error i get:

[12:44:08:994] Logging in...
[12:44:09:232] Buddy Sessions: 0/0

Shared Sessions: 0/0
Invalid Account Details
[12:44:09:273] Authentication failed!

How can i fix this? I am typing everything correctly, username and password. I have tried adding a exeption in firewall, no luck. Also I've uninstalled my antivirus so see if that worked again no luck, disabling firewall did also not work.. What else can i do?

you where e-mailed a key, you use your key as your username with no password.

if you never got your key or lost it. you can login here or register with the e-mail you used to buy (if you've never been there before)

Ok i logged in but there's a new problem now.

are you running wow in windowed mode?
are you sure you have wow set to use directx 9?
are you sure wow is set to 32bit mode?

ok! thanks man i got it all working and can i say that this bot is insanely good! but one last question when i use the BGBOT and select the profile '' Alterac valley'' then it keeps queuing in Random battleground. Is there anyway i can make it so the bot always only queue alterac valley?

click bot config, and you will be able to select what battlegrounds you want.

never load a BG profile, the bot will automatically load what profile is appropriate to that battleground.

you need to load up a leveling profile appropriate to your level range.
