These are simple and forgive me if you have tried, but reinstall the app from the app/play store. If you're on an iPhone try clearing the cache from the app, reinstall your Operating System on your phone, check for an update. Try force closing the app and try to relogg in, might also depend on the country you're in and the device you're using.
