Can't log onto character with special characters in name?

Hello, I'm trying to set up a profile that involves logging into different characters on my account. When I tell HB to log onto X character, it tells me that the character name isn't found even though I typed in the exact name (with the special characters, such as Ü).

Is this a known issue?

Sorry, I should've been more clear. This is using HBRelog -- so it might just be a HBRelog problem rather than an HB problem. Since it's a HBRelog problem, there is no log that I can share that will identify the issue.
