Can't Log into HB

I just bought the 30 day HB bot and when i put in my log in info, password, and serial ID i get this error:
Shared Sessions: 0/0
Please purchase a Buddy Product!
Authentication failed!

even though i have paid for it need help

make sure that you are trying to log using the same info as your shop page

i am i just tried to change my password to see if that would work but it didnt >.<

Log On - Buddy Auth Portal <-- to log into bot
Bossland GmbH <--- to change pw to bot

it doesn't support funny symbols @!#:$#%^&

it let me log onto that Buddy Auth Portal but still wont let me log into the bot >.<

I registered on shop and forum... and paid before to link both accs... I don't know if done wrong... how I can contact with an admin? I have the payment ID... but when I log on: Log On - Buddy Auth Portal
It says:
Gatherbuddy Sessions: 0/0*
Honorbuddy Sessions: 0/0*
Buddy Sessions: 0/0
Shared (Lifetime) Sessions: 0/0

and I paid for a: Honorbuddy 1 Session - lasts 1 year 24,99 EUR

What should I do??? Thanks and sorry for my low english skills.

post in payment forums with your invoice ID and let boss you that you're having issues

alright nvm i didnt pay for the full HB for a year but i just did how long should it take to get an email with a key?
