Hi,
Tony73,
First, please run this tool with Windows administrator privileges:
It may show as having a virus, but the senior staff has checked this and confirmed it to be a false positive.
Second, let's do a clean install of Honorbuddy into a NEW directory. This article will guide you through the process:
As stated in the article, it is important for the clean install that you:
- Use a NEW directory in which to install Honorbuddy (e.g., C:/Honorbuddy/)
- Do NOT copy anything from a previous Honorbuddy installation
- Do NOT install any third-party products
Please leave it in this configuration until we get your problem sorted.
Lastly, let's make certain the NEW Honorbuddy directory is an exception to your Antivirus.
If no joy, please show us a fresh log from the clean install
cheers,
chinajade
