Can't log into HB but password and user name log into forums!

Haya guys.

Not botted for a while. I just downloaded the most current version of HB, went to log into it but it keeps saying authentication failed!

Any ideas about this problem?

No ideas about this? I've looked in the faq's and not found anything. Has a new version come out that I need to pay for again? :'(

The login for the forum is not the same as the login for the auth. Use the details you chose when creating a shop account.

Got the same problem, using the same login as for my GB which does work but for HB it gives the same message as the OP

I think it's so, but blizzard is applying the new wow patch 4.0.1 ?

people (including me) have been having authentication problems for last week or so. hoping next version after patch will fix it
