cant log into the bot. keep getting authentication failed. I tried to log onto the buddy portal earlier today and it had changed since the last time that i had logged on to it (few months ago) i tried to log in with my old info but it did not work, so i re registered. i got in and saw a session, tried it a while later and no sessions and my keys are not in there. so now i cant login to the bot. any help would be appreciated, dunno if my acct needs to be reset. but here are the transaction numbers.
