Cant log into Authentication portal

Hello,

I am trying to log into the Buddy Authentication Portal to disable tripwire but i cant.
Says my details are wrong, i tried everithing, reset mail, pasword etc. Nothing works.
Can any moderator disable tripwire for my key?
