ok, so... i read the other form you had on the new log in setup that requires you to use a key to log in instead of a user name and password. So i went to the Authentication portal and created a sign in with the same user name Sonybabe with a different password and i'm still unable to see the key after logging in. I know there should be a key for me considering i bought life time just about a year ago. can someone please help me in finding my key???
