Can't log in ?

Hey so i have 2 places that i travel between on a regular basis, both within the same town. Now at my regular residence i can log in fine and bot with no problem, but when i go to my secondary residence it doesn't seem to work. I thought that maybe it was because the honor buddy account locks into your ip address or something. I was hoping someone could shine some light on this problem and tell me how i can fix it. Maybe i need to contact them and ask for them to allow both ips to work?

Somewhere i read that they won't lock you out, no matter from where you log in.

did you check if your firewall / *** / whatever is "ready for honorbuddy"? Just don't assumed, checked?

and: what kind of error do you get when logging in, from either location?
