cant log in

hi there i bought a 1 day key to use and when i go to log into HB it says enter shop password but i dont have one so i when and made one and it still dident work im assuming cuz i wasent logged when i bought the code what can i do to fix this?
this is the second code i have got and i dident have to use a password the first time whats going on?

did you read the guide?

it clearly says to enter key (make sure no space before / after key) and leave pw blank

Next step is the key window
After your purchase you will receive your key via email
you have to use your key on the username field and you have to leave the password field empty

Make sure that there is no space before or after your key,in other case you will receive an "Auth failed" error message
