cant log in

i get this when i try to start honor buddy.
Honorbuddy v2.5.14400.800 started.
Logging in...

i have restarted computer.....killed old session....empty settings....redownloaded and reinstalled....made sure im running in 32bit and in game then start the .exe same thing everytime.

fixed. deleted everything and then installed again. worked. thank you for the help.
