cant log in

i just purchased hearthbuddy and was able to get it working. after about an hour it shutdown and i get max sessions error any time i try to run it. read in the faq that i can manually close my session but i cant log in. i bought honorbuddy a long time ago and dont remember my login info. when i try to reset password, the page takes forever to load and then i get a connection error on the webpage. any help would be appreciated.

same happen on me , I just bought the bot yesterday and working fine, after today update it prompt max sessions.
