Can't log in to shop but want to buy honor buddy

Heya, I have seen honor buddy in action and want to purchase the lifetime product.

I registered on the forums username: Wana
I then created a shop account username: Wana
I linked the shop account to my forums account as per bosslands post.

I clicked on the "Buy Honorbuddy" link and started filling out the details including credit card info,
I clicked process, and then it linked me to the shop site asking me to log in.
It is here that i am having problems. When i type in my username and password i am getting the following message.
"The username or password you have provided does not match our records."

I have tried reseting password, but can not log in. I tried registering again however it tells me my username and email address are currently in use. I can however log into the GB.profiles login link with the my user name and new password.

I tried starting honor buddy with my username however it says i still need to purchase a membership.

Can you let me know if i have been charged when i clicked process or did it hang up at the shop log in page.

any advice on where i went wrong would be great

make sure that you are trying to log using the correct info

shop info can be diff to forums login info

Thanks for the reply Tony,

I am using the correct shop login, and i have just reset the password and followed the email reset password link. I am still getting the same error message as above. Interestingly i can log into the GB.profiles with the new password, so it is saving it somewhere.
I'm happy enough to start a new email account and re-register under a different user name, however i just want to be sure that my credit card wasn't processed eariler, before i start again.
