Cant log in to HB - i have a key but no password

ummmm i cant log in to hb - i have a key but no password - i signed up for a shop account and my key can be seen when i log into to buddy.auth - which is set up - and the password on my shop account doesnt work in conjunction with my key which is <edit>- any help

never give us your key

just use the key, no password to log in

a week or 2 ago we switched from Username / PW to keys ... because many people were not getting their UN / PW, or were dumb and forgot it / deleted it
