Cant log in through gmail

I am unable to log into my gmail based account on my main computer. I have tried clearing the cache folder, I have tried re-downloading the zip file and starting over again. I have had no luck. I made a dummy account through PTC and I can log in to that no problem.

Today well I was on my second computer, I purchased another key and tried again with my gmail based account and was able to log in. But as soon as I go back to my main computer I can't log in on that no matter what I do (clear cache, re-install etc).

Can you please provide some sort of assistance as I only have access to my second computer for a limited time each day.

As of the new update I have this issue with both my PTC account and Gmail. See attached log of me trying to log in with both my gmail and PTC account. Also tried switching the Auth key since I have two subscriptions.

Side note: This happened when I updated my latest version so I attempted deleting the file all together and starting with a fresh download / instal and I am still encountering this issue.

If it helps, this is being run through parallels desktop on a Mac.

No step 2 on my gmail.

Plus can't login with my PTC.

clear your cache folder and make sure you are using the correct credentials

Tried clearing my cache about 15 times and tried doing a fresh instal at lest 3 times.... credentials are correct.
