Can't load profiles

Everytime I try to load profiles from a file there isn't any window that pops up so I can't load them.
I have this issue for a few months and instead of loading the file I opened the XML file with internet explorer and copypasted the link into the "Load from web resource"-box.
But now this also doesn't work and everytime I try to load a profile from a web resource I get this error:

There was an error requesting the profile resource at C:\Users\Arsi\Desktop\Buddybots\Honorbuddy\Profile \Fishing1-600(HalfHill).xml

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
