Can't load profiles (Saimon1995's necro bump split out)

I have some problems too: first of all i cant load anything.
When i log in and DB recognize Diablo i press "Load" to load profiles but nothing happen, it just blink but i cant load any profiles.
Yesterday i downloaded "BuddyWizard" and "NDP451..." from here (https://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/honorbuddy-support/164002-cant-load-profiles.html) but nothing changed.
The only thing that changed is that today i cant even log in in DB. I'll add my logs files and i hope you'll help me.

The first one (1496) is about my log in issues, and the second one is about the load issues.

Split out necro bump.

In the future,
  • PLEASE pay attention to where you post.
  • Create your own (new) thread in the Support section when asking for help (i.e., don't piggyback on another user's thread in the Support section.)

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

It doesnt worked
I did all the things you said but now my problem is "DB has stopped working"
I'll add the screenshot and the file if you need them.
