Can't load/press anything

Hi there.

so im trying to start up DB, but when i put in my CD key, and press start it comes up with first red text followed by some white text.
It won't allow me to do anything in there, ive tried to shut down and open several times. It dosen't work.

Same with a fresh install. Can you please help?

is gamer in windowed mode?

It is NOT in Windowed mode.

I'll try to uninstall those programs to see if it works.

I've uninstalled the programs i had on the list. It does still not work.
