Are you running any account rights limiting software or on a user restricted account?

And have you tried running as Admin?

Are you running any account rights limiting software or on a user restricted account?

i use only 1 account in vmware (this is inside vmware), and it is administrator account :).

@tony: it happens with several plugin: object explorer, dev tab, oldgrindbot (i dont remember more) but after some plugins get issue with loading, map runner, flask helper, stuck detection and grindzonechanger are disabled too

now i will try run it as administrator, i think it correlative to permission but all vmwares have only 1 account (administrator), windows 7 64 bit pro.
if it happens again, i will tell you.
Thanks both of you.

I have a few questions as I try to track down this issue.

Do you only run 1 bot, or multiple? If you have more than one bot, are you sure each one had a different configuration name used for it?

When this happened, were you restarting Exilebuddy after previously running it, or were you starting it for the first time?

Thanks!

1. i run 1 game - 1 bot in each vmware, in main window, i run 1 game and 1 bot, total 4 bot / pc. I know i shouldnt run multi instance inside 1 OS, it will be detected easily.

2. Main windows, nothing is happening recently.

3. First VMWare machine
READ AND WRITE process memory issue still happens, you can search by this quote in file (file name : 04.28 - read write process memory -Exilebuddy 3368 2016-04-27 20.12.txt)

Beta #1267 has some changes made to try and avoid the access errors with directories you're seeing.

Basically what is happening is, I think the IO operations on your VMs are taking a while to complete, so as the bot continues to execute, things break because the system isn't in the state it's supposed to be. For most people, these operations happen really fast, so by the time the bot uses those directories, everything is fine.

Give the new version a try and see if that helps or not. It's possible some other places in the bot might need adjustments too, but just paste me new logs for them and I'll have another look.

thank you so much, i will try and feed back.

Next beta has another set of changes to hopefully completely avoid the directory issue now.

Basically, each bot run needs its own set of folders for compiling and loading content like before, so that change was re-added.

still happen, i dont know what is main reason, after bot get this error, it automatically logs out to character selection, chooses character again then sometime, it stuck before loading into high gate or somewhere else, could you plz check it.
And 1 thing, if the stash is full, bot stop, could you plz fix old routine or something else make it close stash like human?

thank you very much.

Do you have that complete log for the error, that exception just means your client got DCed or logged out, so memory was invalid.

As for closing stash when it's full, there's no way to know if your GUI is still open or not on the server. The bot stopping with the inventory or stash gui open is the same as if it were closed. We can look into doing this, but I just wanted to let you know it's not a problem at all, as some people go afk at stash quite often. :)

Thanks for the log! The issue you're seeing, is actually a connection issue between your PCs and the game servers.

In that case you were trying to enter a map, then the bot was waiting for it to change areas, but it never happened. After the exception, your AutoLogin kicked in as it should, but if you check the time stamps, it was connecting for 6 seconds, which means there was a network issue (you were DCed upon entering the map).

I just looked though most of the log, and it's the same case over and over. You go to enter a map, but you fail to connect to the instance server that map is hosted on.

I'd suggest checking your firewall or if you're using some sort of forwarded connection service (which we can't go over or help with) settings for that because there's nothing we can do in the bot to avoid those types of problems.

Hopefully that makes sense and you're able to figure it out. :)

thank you, because internet connection here is not good (i'm using wtfast so it improves a little bit), could i set the bot wait for change zone with longer duration?
Is there any case that if i dont have enough resource (RAM) it will happen this issue?

You're not triggering a bot issue, but rather your game is just getting DCed from the PoE servers, which then in turn causes the bot to throw the exception, but that's intended.

Unfortunately, there's not much else you can do to help the issue other than improve the stability of your internet connection. :(
