Can't load HB, stucked at plugins section.

Can't load HB. It stucks at plugins loading before routine selection window forever.
Tried both 783 and 782 versions. The same happens with my friend from another country So we definitely have different ISP, PC spec and system but the same problem.

disable streaming and let me know if that makes any difference

Thanks, I've found one beta routine which blocked startup.
