Cant Load Bots

When I try and select a bot from the buddy store to load..

As in pressing Load Profile, then from buddy store, there are no options to choose from.

I went to recent and chose from one I used recently and said the files are missing

I tried to disable and re-enable the bots from opening the Buddy Store.

How do I get the files back or download them?

when you are logged in Bauth,can you see your key under Keys tab?

As in when you are selecting the server? I did have to purchase a new key recently does that reset anything?

if you bought the key under a different email than your Bstore items it an issue
