Cant launch honorbuddy

And when i try to download c++ 2015, it freezes right here for hours: https://gyazo.com/e95e8ee56363e325fa31ff6f66bffdbf

What can i do to fix this problem?

No, its not legit copy, not fully updated either. Would it work if i take all the windows updates?

yes I think but it is dangerous to update if you do not have legit copy imo

tried to google your issue and see if there is a known solution?

most likely your OS copy is corrupted

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
and then install this https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart

thats the only thing i can suggest
