Can't launch hearthBuddy

I am getting this error (error.png)

I have downloaded C++ 2015 Redistributable x86 14.0.24212 (The one that it's missing) restarted my pc and still getting same error.

I also have installed .NET framework 4.6.1

Tried wiki missing dependencies (can't post a link)
But installation installs only .NET framework 4.6.1, none of C++ Redistributables are not isntalled..

I can not update my windows, so could you please tell me what I am missing so I can install it manually?

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart

I ran windows updater and everything works fine now thx
