cant launch DB

hi guys,

I just bought DB, but after i downloaded it and tries to launch it, a window pops up and says that windows have a problem with the program and then shuts it down.
I tried to download it again, but I get the same problem.
a little help?

also run in admin mode if you are not already doing so - and this should be in the support section
