Can't install or run HonorBuddy

Hello,
I can't install Honorbuddy, I get an error "setup failed - 0x80070490 element not found". I've tried the zip version too, and when i start the launcher i get that msvcp110.dll is missing (even if i can find it in system32). I tried to open wow manually and then honorbuddy.exe, but when it tries to attach it crashes(honorbuddy). What can I do?

You seem to be missing the pre-requisites for HonorBuddy.
Please see the following post:

Download the zip file from the post, extract it and run it as Administrator.
