Can't install Honorbuddy!!

I had honorbuddy working before, stopped playing wow for a few months return to game try to start hb it doesn't work. So i uninstalled and upon attempted reinstall i get error 0x80070490 - Element not found. I did everything I could think to fix this eventually reformatted my computer. Just reinstalled all windows updates and .net framework and still getting error please help. Here is the log.

nevermind was just installer that didn't work i got it working with zip
 
I had exactly the same problem with the new installer. Zipped version works fine.
 
Me aswell But The store doesnt seem to work with the zip : \
