Can't install honorbuddy

having problem to instal honorbuddy with the installer.
This all started when i got to update it 2/3 weeks ago, at that time it was working good but after i updated it I couldn't make it work and I just tryed to reinstall it till i got stucked as I'm now.
Here is the log from the installer:

I forgot to say that I've tryied with the zip file also and when i start hb both with the launcher or just with the .exe it just opens and doesn't work I mean it starts but the window remains "blank"...
