Cant Install Honorbuddy, please help.

So when I tried using a questing profile to farm ashran it told me that the bot couldnt not start because there was no questing order and this happened with every profile I tried out. (they were all meant to be used in questing mode) So I decided I would try uninstalling and reinstalling Honorbuddy but when I tried reinstalling it, it failed.
