Cant have more then one HB open at a time?

I upgraded to the 3 session pack a few days before patch and now I cant seem to log in and stay on. it will disconnect from thr current client and go to the new one. yet I can detect all of the instances of wow. Any time I start in on Toon B (Can be any toon) Toon A goes limp and just sits there any help would be awesome thanks.

It looks like you still only have one Session.

This should show up if you have more:

Shared Sessions: 2/3

Did you follow the upgrade guide in the payment forum?

Yeah it was active for the past 7 days.

Just rechecked emails and buddyauth

When I have 1 bot running I go to start another bot. The first one will crash. I have the 3 lifetime pack. But I can only use 1 at a time.
