can't get wow to run in 32-bit anymore, or attach prob?

When I run the normal wow.exe i get update screen like this first every time (even if he already done this):
jaimyr.com/uploads/update1.png

Then this:
jaimyr.com/uploads/update2.png

Then apperantly its not running x32 anymore or blizz must have done some mysterious secretly update where HB fails to reattach on cause i keep getting the following error (tried 5 times, full exit wow and hb each time):

There are 64 bit WoW processes running, did you start from the WoW launcher? If so, please start Wow.exe manually to use the 32 bit game version!

I have a 64-bit OS, so blizz could have made wow in a way it doesn't run in 32bit anymore if system is 64bit cabable?

You need to select the 32 bit version in the launcher settings or run WoW directly from the WoW.exe
There are auth issues right now making the bot unstable/not working.

I did run the WoW.exe, also updated the new version of HB today, still getting the same error. Where can I change settings for the launcher to run it in 32 bit? Maybe that way it will work.
