Can't get the avoid mob tag to work. (HB2)

Please take a look at my profile and tell me what's wrong.

The mobs I'm trying to avoid share the same faction ID with some other mobs I need to kill, does that invalidate the avoidmob tag?

I put in two types of tags for avoid mob(one of them seems to be for HB1) because either one wasn't working so I thought I'd just put all in and see...still didn't work so I just left the profile as-is.

How do I get it to work?
