Cant get Questing to run :(

Hi

I am having problems getting questing to work.

It looks like the main error is "Error trying to save settings file 'CharacterSettings.xml' while moving temporary file to path: Cannot create a file when that file already exists."

I have tried a fresh install and still showing the same.

Any ideas?

Log should be attached.

Ok... questing now works... i have done some other quests and it is now working. (weird..)
